I sent my blackberry 9360 curve in for repairs as the phone did not want to charge. When I went to Cell C to collect my phone the report said that my phone had liquid damage. I found that when I took the battery out and put it in another phone to charge it, then the phone is working. The phone is still under warranty and they failed to repair or contact me with any information regarding my phone.
I also sent in my samsung galaxy tab2 (gt-p3100) for a quote on a cracked lcd. I rejected the quote because it was too expensive. When I recieved my tablet the screen was damaged more than when I sent it in for the quote. I AM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED AND FURIOUS ABOUT THE SERVICE I RECIEVED! I have to pay for two phones that are worthless. i found this highly inapropriate and i expected better service from this company.
