Loan which was offerd but never materialised

Hi Peter I want mobi moola to stop taking the in my account because what was discussed with me was never delivered. I spoke to them 90 days ago. They started to take the money after 90 days n I don't understand because I tried phoning and email but with no avail. Please help to stop them
