On 30/09/2013 at 22:30 i called Vodacom's 155 data call center to get assistance on how to set up my e-mail account on my Blackberry. i was made to hold for almost 1hr as the call volumes were high " which i understood and bore with" finally i went through to an agent by the name of Elijah. i told him what i needed and told him i was not familiar with a blackberry . he rushed through the steps and i tried to keep up with his pace. when he had finished he told me that it will take 24hrs to activate my email. i asked him how i would chose that option if there is only 1 option showing he rushed through it again. i asked him to repeat what he said slower as i did not get him then he told me to go to the internet for tutorials if i didn't know what to do. i asked him not to be impatient with me but he said ' i have been on the line with you for 16min and i must help other clients. i told him that i had been holding for 1hr & yet he was complaining about 16min. i asked for his surname which in his words he said " that 1 my friend forget it, I'm not going to give you, if there is nothing else I'm dropping the phone" and he hung up. I'm livid at this kind of treatment and want feedback.
