Vodacom
Billed for data which hasn't been used

I have a vodacom contract and I have been billed for data which I didn't use my cellphone data line is switched of completely, i am connected to wifi which is connected through my land Lane, I still have remaining mb available.

This is the third time which I received a high bill, this month account was over R6500-00 totally ridiculous!
