On the 29th of November I apply at the TELKOM DIRECT STORE to migrate my internet service to uncapped! AS OF TODAY it has still not been done! I need to keep an eye out on my employees and throttle them on my current package. I have been phoning telkom since December 2nd, and one after the other person tells me that there is a system problem. So telkom how long do you take to fix a simple problem!! At this point I have like 15 different reference numbers and spoke to 20 different people! The latest story I have received is that "telkom does not work on Tuesday" - DANELLE. So what make telkom so special??? I mean really! FIX MY F_N INTERNET! SO MUCH FOR BEING YOUR ISP FOR LIFE!!! if it does not get fix within the next 24hrs I will go to somebody else that is more than willing to help!!
