About a year ago, we signed on for the MTN modem and uncapped ADSL package. We were assured at the time that if we were not satisfied, the contract could be cancelled within the first 2 weeks. On day 14 I called in, cancelled it and the modem was collected. Should have been that simple. Months later I was contacted by Attorneys stating that MTN had now listed me for the non-payment of this 2 year contract, after much run around and many explanations to MANY people, it was acknowledged as an error on MTN's side, and the case qould fall away, leaving my name on ITC clear as it should be. I have just been informed that I am still listed on ITC for this monumental up of MTN's.
And now this is what I expect from you, for the absolute final time
1) Written letter of apology
2) Written confirmation that my name will be cleared on the ITC as apparently the verbal one doesn't count for jack.
After trying to contact Bradley Marion, a million times, for assistance in this. All calls were rejected, messages and emails not returned.
Please note that we have paper trails of ALL communication.
MTN Products may be the last thing you are able to purchase, credit wise. DISGUSTING!!!
