My contract 0781203723 of R169.00 was due for renewal on 05/08/13. I called 0112078012 but I was not happy so I went to Cape Gate branch on 16/08/2013 and I spoke to Roland. I told him that I want the same contract or if I can pay less with data bundles. He told me that they don't have the same type of contract I had but he will get a good deal for me and he will call me on Tuesday 20/08/13. He did not call I went back on 23/08/13 and he was not available I left and I called and he told me to go back. I went back on 28/08/13 but he did not have the phone on stock he delivered to me on 30/08/13. He gave me a contract of R100.00 and additional data bundles of R39.00 (vodacom). When I received my statement the payment due was R328.29. I sent him (Roland) a message on 09/09/13 to check my statement but he never came back to me. I called 0112078000 on 23/09/13 and I spoke to Mutsie and Athi they told me I should speak to Roland as they don't know what we decided on with Roland. I called Roland on 27/09/13 because he was not available the other days to investigate my bill but he still did not come back to me. I don't have money to pay R328.29 as I am a single parent. Please help.
