I had an amazing experience last week at KFC Silversands in phoenix, after being treated like KFC staff is doing us a favour and years of complaining and after i stopped going there for a while, i had what you call an amazing experience from the cashier named Roland. he has an amazing attitude and will keep customers coming back, i will definately go back and hope Roland is there to take my order. i hope all staff at kfc silversands learns from him. i even left a tip because of the good service i received. the only reason i went back to silversands kfc was because my wife needed something for the baby and this was the closest. but it definately was not a mistake and i hope to have this experience in any KFC i go to. i see the branch managers are finally waking up after many customers they lost. Well done to Roland for being or should be Employee of the Month. That man deserves a Bells
