I would like to thank Vodacom and Shafiek Andrews in particular for outstanding service.
I logged a case last night regarding loss of airtime. I received an sms this morning saying the case is under investigation and with in a couple of hours received another saying the lost airtime had been refunded to my cell phone.
I am hugely impressed and will stay with Vodacom for years to come if this is the level of excellent service I receive.
