Charging for two accounts after upgrading

In September 2010 I upgraded from an Uncapped Starter pack (R1071.00 per month) to the new Unshaped Uncapped service (R499.00 per month) At the end of Sept 2010 I was billed for the installation of the new service and the old service. After numerous calls and emails the invoicing eventually stopped in April 2011. We were overcharged by more than R9 000.00 over this period. Numerous calls and emails to the accounts department brought me nowhere.
