As my last experience at spur grandwest wasnt a good one, however shafiek the manager at spur grandwest
changed the perception with great people skills, simply by going the extra mile.
I wish we can have more people at the restuarant like shafiek who can follow in his footsteps he is a real example for staff and the right person for the management position.
So well done shafiek for changing my perception that real people can make a difference.
