So if MTN cannot fix your device they claim "Liquid Damage". This applies even to phones that have never touched water. I have learnt the hard way and I will cancel and port my number to a SP that cares.
They even put pictures on a report that aren't even visible.
If this is the best then don't cover phones on 2yr Warranty.
Among my friends. there is 2 others that got told the same thing.
This has to change people. We can't be calling this customer Service, we already buying these devices at an inflated rate.
