I purchased a cellphone contract from MTN, big mistake! I asked the sales rep if the contract was on top up, he replied quickly with a yes. Only to find out it is not on top up, but limited to R100 monthly, I then sent him an email to fix this, which no response was received, I then called MTN Cresta, no one there believes in answering the phone. So I had to physically go there to fix this, to be told that they were offline and would send an email to the call centre and revert to me in a few hours, that was on Friday, still waiting for them to get back to me!
When a cellphone service provider starts using under handed tactics to secure customers and then give them the run around when they service is questioned that's when you know they have conceded to being the worst in the industry!
