CLAIM DECLINED DUE TO 48 HOURS LATE

L write to discourage everyone who want to take out an insurance cover with Finrite Insurance Administrators a division of Aon South Africa (Pty) Ltd an appointed agent of the Constantia Insurance Group NOT to do so. For those like me who had already done so l encourage you to look for an alternative service provider. On the 29th of December 2012 my cellphone was . l reported my cellphone so l could make an insurance claim.l then received an sms from Finrite telling me that they would revert back to me within 24 hrs of the claim wch never happenedl started to chase after them and l was told that an update email had been sent through to me. l then argued that nothing had been sent through and asked the consultant by the name of Innocentia Dubazana to repeat my email add and it was wrong. She then sent the email wch stated that my decline was due to a 48 hrs late reporting delay from me. l dont have a contract informing of this despite my querying for one and Aon has more than a week's delay with a response. l find this to be day light considering the fact that l have had cover with them for over a year or religious payments.
