Mtn's shocking service

I had just purchased a new iPhone 5 at MTN, I had left the store with a SIM card that wasn't rica'd
Went back after 2days they had rica'd the sim but had a completely different number to the one given at first,
Then for 2 weeks had not received the data I was supposed to get, until 3 phone calls later!
Mtn is slacking!! And it's shocking
After a week and a half with my new iPhone the camera stopped working MTN can't help took it to the iStore they had said that Mtn should replace the phone but not according to Mtn the level of inconvenience that I have experienced is disgusting I've been in and out of Mtn stores but do not get any where with regards to service.
I am honestly guttered that I can experience so many problems in such a short period belonging to this network!
