Poor connectivity, poor network, poor service

I write out of complete frustration. I have taken out a 2 year contract with cell c only to find that they do not honor their side of the contract. I do not have connectivity in many areas around the Johannesburg northern suburbs, people are not able to reach me on my cellphone on a regular basis as my phone mostly doesn't ring through to me when its on and constantly gives off an engaged signal or just goes straight through to voice message, and my calls are always being dropped. I was with vodacom for 12 years prior to this and did not experience any of these problems. On 11 August 2013 I complained to Mpho at Sandton City about this and filled out a customer complaint form. I then followed up with Mpho via an email on 13 Sept and another store visit on 14 Sept and nothing has been attended to. They gave me a reference number of 3081203772 but whats the point of giving a reference number if nothing gets done?? How am I meant to run a business when people are not able to get hold of me?
