Took my money without my consent

Mobimoola agents sent me an sms telling me about their service of lending money, i was interested in it and i applied, now they have been deducting my money from my bank account, without my concern, i do not evn know why they take my money because i have not in one day borrowed their money, pls help get my money back, i have tried calling them but they keep disconecting my calls
