On the 27th of September at around 13h00 I went into my local MTN branch to request assistance with enquiring into my account. The lady at the counter was lying with her head on the front desk using bbm. I ask if she could assist me in enquiring in my data balance.

I started to explain the problem and within about 3 seconds she turned to her phone and carried on with bbm. When I concluded my question she asked me to repeat my question. I started to repeat my question and within about a second she turn back to her phone and carried on with her bbm conversation. When I was finished explaining for the second time she simply said ' I don't know, maybe you should phone MTN'.

The gentlemen behind me, who was not even an employee, said dial *165#...The MTN employee didn't seem to notice that another customer was assisting me as she was too occupied with her bbm conversation.
