Persistent ill-treatment of customers

It is so unfortunate that despite a previous complaint I logged with this dealer, the bad attitude of the till attendants is not improving. It is in this branch previous I was humiliated by an employee who could not assist me eventually, after requesting assistance with mobile money. After complaining here, Head Office did their best to ensure this issue was resolved, I was sure justice is done here. Another employee by the name of Dolly Mabuza, yesterday (18 December) 22:15 pm did the very same thing. She even told me I can complain as much as I like, after explaining to her she is again doing what was previously done to me by a colleague. She put away her documents as emphasis that she will not assist me. She demanded my phone again, telling me what if I am lying that I am depositing MY MONEY to MY PHONE/ACCOUNT. I now don't even want contact from this branch, the way one is humiliated, and this is bad for this BRAND we trusted so much, doing the opposite of what the brand advocates. It is so unfortunate I always find myself going back there because of lack of alternative outlets to provide this service, but now I am a past customer and will others of this bad customer service.
