The second and last time

On the 26/05/2013 we went to Game to check if we had a upgrade available. We walked in and went straight to the cell phone section which was completely empty. I said to my wife that they were probably closed on Sundays. She then spotted two employees at the Demo board who decided to ignore us for a further 10 min until such time as my wife went and asked for help.
We sat down with the gentlemen and asked him if he could see if an upgrade was available. After taking my Drivers Licence he then threw a Vodacom booklet at me and asked me "what phone". I then asked that he could confirm that a upgrade was available. He responded with "eh". My next question seemed to puzzle the employee, I asked him to advise us on what is available and all I received was "Blackberry, Samsung, Nokia". At this point it was clear that the employee had no interest in assisting us. After pulling the model numbers out of him one by one I suggested that he show us the units on the Demo board.
My wife and I went to the Demo board knowing that he would follow us. Well maybe as soon as he assisted another client who promptly sat down as we stood up.
At the Demo board we experienced the same lack of Interest.
