After my earlier complaints regarding the poor service i received when applying, and throughout the application process, as well in the activation of my sim card, i was contacted by mtn and offered a two month credit of my subscription fee.
A year later and countless telephone inquiries later i have still not received this credit!
when I call I am told that yes, the credit was authorised but never paid, and a supervisor will have to call me back, because of course none are ever available when you call, but naturally they never call back!
i will never and advise others not to get an mtn contract again or have ay dealings with mtn direct!
