On Tuesday 25 June 2013 I received a call from a Miway consultant who wanted to offer me a 'free quotation'. I did not even let this person finish what they were saying and politely declined. I told him I was happy with Dial Direct, thanked him and cut off the call. To my shock and surprise I received notification from Transunion that Miway has looked at my credit report. Why did Miway look at my credit report because I neither requested nor received any quotation from them and I am also not their client? I never authorised anyone from Miway to look at my credit report. PLEASE REMOVE THAT ENQUIRY FROM MY CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY OR YOU WILL HEAR FROM MY LAWYER VERY SOON. Miway is taking advantage of unsuspecting people and you thought you found an ignorant person, well, sorry you messed with the wrong one this time. I am not a fool and I will be applying for a home loan very soon and know that enquiries like these affect a person's credit standing. Please sort this mess out a s a p Miway!
