Contract not cancelled

When contract expired on cell 0825285570 I request for port to be done. I went to Vodacom to take out contract only to find out the port is not yet done. I went back the same day to cancelled the contract as my daugher need the a phone still the same day as her phone was broken and she going on tour the next day. The systems was down and forms was completed to cancelled the contract. I was under rhe impression that this was done. The payment still went off the next month and I completed a stop payment at my bank for the second month as this happen to me before that I Paid 2years for a contract that expire that I also cancelled with them. Now I received ohine calls and sms that legal action will be taken against me if I do not make the payment that is due. Again neglicence from the three rivers branch. I'm syill waiting for my refund on the other contact that was promised. Must also to their work for them. Please sort this out as I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING!!! I cancelled the contact in time. I went in again after I received a phone call from a lady at head office and again cancelled the contract. The system was on at that day. My question is why must I still pay for 3 months???
