Breach of contract and unfounded accusations

On the box of the new cellphone as well as in verbal promise a phone newly obtained can be taken back ANY time in the box as received within 7 days for replacement etc. SHOULD YOU NOT BE HAPPY.
My husbands phone had no sound 3 hours after obtaining it and 12 hours later it kept freezing.
He no longer wants the phone and took int back 2 times in 1 day and NOW Nashua say "there is nothing wrong with the phone and he cannot have a replacement". My husbands confidence in the product is now lost and this is NOT the first time we have had problems with Nashua it is in fact the 4th.
I CANNOT PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT TO MY SATISFACTION AND 2 FAULTS IN ONE DAY (EVEN IN THE HAND OF THE NASHUA EMPLOYEE) IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
BEST PART OF ALL they ACCUSED my husband of SCRATCHING the phone. That in itself is a DISGRACE.
