I have been billed incorrect amounts for the 3rd time now and I furious. Nobomi from the call centre was so pathetic and rude that I couldn't even get any information from her. Taking a contract with AutoPage has been the most horrific experience of my life; I don't know why I even took this contract. What will be the process to cancel this contract; I cannot be billed more than I should every month. Last month you promised to deduct R66 from R401 and bill me less and that was not done correctly. I left it and this month you want to bill R401, over my dead body - my monthly subscription is R379 and nothing less. Correct this mess immediately before I reverse all the money that you have collect to date.
