Extremely unhappy custome

At the end of Feb I was attacked and robbed. My phone was due for an upgrade LAST year, contract was ending this year. In March I got my new phone. I was VERY clear I would like to LOWER my monthly billing as I can't afford what I've been paying. I was told I will pay R189 p/m. I just got billed R412. My monthly bill is about R312.The R412 included pay in. I am SO ANGRY! I did NOT budget for R300 p/m and it WASN'T made clear to me that I'd be paying SO much! I was previously paying R300 on a top-up, so I at least got the airtime with that contract. On this contract I don't get R300 airtime. I WISH THIS WAS EXPLAINED TO ME! NOW I'M STUCK FOR ANOTHER UNHAPPY 24 MONTHS WITH THIS COMPANY PAYING MONEY AND GETTING NOTHING OUT OF IT!!! Heaven forbid my phone breaks, I'll have to pay more!! I feel I was not informed correctly and was told I'd only be paying R189 p/m. I WISH I COULD LEAVE AUTOPAGE RIGHT NOW!!! I would NOT ever recommend them to anyone!! :(
