I sent my phone for repairs in August 2012. After 6 weeks I followed up and they said their system crashed and they had to recapture everything so they have a huge backlog to clear. 8 weeks later they said they cant find my phone. 10 weeks later they said they are going to replace it. 12 weeks later they called me to say the replacement phone is ready for collection. When I got to the store; they wanted to give me an old used phone!!!
