Why do I need to fight with 8ta so much?

My number was suspended due to Telkom/8ta NOT DEBITING MY ACCOUNT ON THE AGREED DATE! Now I made a cash payment and after 2 days they REFUSE to open my line. Think I must just leave and not pay them in future, let them blacklist me for 5 years and NOT receive their money at all!! Because I am FED UP with this!
