Had a blackberry 9900 that was continuously faulty and Nashua confirmed it was BER.I then asked for an iphone5 and was told I have an excess buster and therefore I should only pay over 3k for the diff for phone cost which I did. I was then guaranteed my iphone was insured for the full amount by the consultant at Head Office and also when I called into the call centre to cancel the BES which I was still being billed for (not sure if I will ever be refunded for this). I've since lost the iphone5 over the weekend and now I'm being told that I am not on the correct insurance package to cover the iphone and therefore I need to pay about R1, 9k. This is the worst services I have ever received from a provider, firstly they don't cancel my BES when I moved from a BB, then I'm told that my insurance should have been upgraded by the consultant and now I'm liable for short fall, this is the worst form of incompetence I've had to deal with from an SP. My deal number is 9491867.
