This is the second time this has happened to me from this company. The last time at the end of my contract, I requested to change to prepaid, and was eventually done after four months and complaning here. I again requested in May to migrate my wifes contract expiring in July, but as usual, it was not done and i got charged. I have requested for the refunds for the bank charges and they are just ignoring me. This is the worst mobile company to deal with, and I think its the incompetant people they employ at the Elardus Park Franchise. Please guys, get your act together.
