BBM services cancelled without permission

On Saturday 12 January 2013 i cancelled my BBM services and only mine, at Nashua mobile Elardus Park but my wife's BBM services got cancelled instead. She is on her own contract and our contracts are in no way linked. Now Nashau mobile wants to charge her R59.00 to reactivate her BBM services. Nashua mobile redefines bad service!
