On 30 October 2012 I requested in writting to Migrate my contract to prepaid. The request was accepted and migration was done within an hour. I instantly lost over 300 free minutes and 400 MB of data bundle due to the migration. The problem is that Nashua still keep billing me for the contract (Talk 240), Data bundle (Mymeg 250) and Itemized billing while these have been apparently been cancelled, and I do not receive these services. Despite various complains, I have had no responce or any refund. I had no option but to stop the debit order to stop them my money. Are Nashua's directors/shareholders so poor that they are opting to moneys from their customers? This is really disgusting.
