I cant believe that Telkom Mobile takes 7 days (and counting) for a SIM swap, which I already paid for.
This is pathetic service!!!
A simple request to change to a Micro SIM for my new Galaxy S4, TURNS INTO:
* FINANCIAL LOSS (NONE OF MY CLIENTS CAN GET HOLD OF ME)
* MORE FINANCIAL LOSS (MY FREE AIRTIME TO THE VALUE OF R85 EXPIRED, CAUSE I HAD NO SIM CARD TO USE IT)
Please can someone sort these %$^%^#^%^%$ out, the service is terrible!!!
Before I forget please don't try to phone me, rather email, as I CANNOT RECEIVE PHONECALLS!!!
