I am trying to get [Email Removed] to update the a record for my website but I have waited 3 days for no response as of yet.

I have tried phoning and emailing a hundred times but no one has helped me with a simple request.

There is no way to get hold of the Telkom hosting department. My clients domain has been down for 3 days no and I am sure that legal action will be taken against Telkom for loss of income due to the negligence of Telkom employees.
