I would like to express my dissatisfaction when dealing with the call centre for DSTV in Cape Town on 0215082222.I held on for 58 minutes and still nobody answered the call.
Multichoice who is so well recognised should put more attention on there call centres. This was not the 1st time, in fact this is the 3rd time that I held on for so long.
I put the phone down at the end of 58 minutes only because I was desperate to talk to an agent.
My faith in DSTV has dropped dramatically and I am not sure if my faith will ever be restored.
I have sent in a complaint on the survey, but as yet never got any feedback which upsets me even more.
DSTV need some competition, so they can realise the value of their customers.
I hope senior staff see this complaint and do something about this, I will use all social media accessible to me if this matter does not improve.
