I can't simply not get a call answered by ABSA Home Loan. All you hear you call is important to use and I have held on for 20 minutes for 3 times in the last 2 days. The only time it was answered it was immediately put down again before I could say anything.
There is also no other way or call back form. So I just wasted 60 minutes of airtime just to make a query on a current home loan.
Suppose that's why people move to FNB - because you can help yourself on most things over the internet etc where at ABSA nothing happens. So frustrating
