My card was debited with a transaction I never authorised. The customer agent I spoke to at RSA Web confirmed that their system never sent me an email to confirm that I wanted to renew a domain reservation - which is what is supposed to happen. Yet they automatically charged my card (a year after I made a once-off purchase). I am still waiting for the transaction to be reversed.
