REVERSING OF TRANSACTIONS

I tried to withdraw mony on Saturday, the networks were down and the transaction could not be processed. I did however received an sms that the amount did went through. Now I phone them to confirm that the transaction was reversed on their side witch should be done automatically. But no!!! Now I need to go into the bank and fill out forms to get the transaction reversed although it shows on the system that no money were deispenced at the ATM. Why should I go and stand in a bank for how long if they are able to see the problem. Really???!!!
