My husband up graded his phone to a blackberry 9900. There is no network connection, the phone displays sos only. We have taken the phone in for repairs 3 times already, waiting up to a month to get it back from repairs, every time they do a software upgrade, we get the phone back, It only works for maximum 2 days and then the same problem acours again. I have phoned numerous numbers trying to get hold of some one that could fix this problem once and for all but, every person I've spoken to simply says to go back to the shop and have it repaired again. The level of service I received from some of the people I spoke to was very bad.. We are paying for a contract phone, we can't even use.
