Great service

I had made a transaction with my credit card via the internet,
As it was international payment and the amount were a bit odd, FNB called me with minutes to confirm if the transaction was authentic..
As I was unavailable, they also sent me an email and and an SMS as well and blocked the transaction till I confirmed that it was authentic.
I so so grateful that even though the transactions was for such a small amount FNB went the extra mile.
