I recently called the Vodacom Sales team to find out if they have stock of a specific tablet and also of how soon I could get delivery and had the pleasure of speaking to a Lerato Dreyer who was able to assist me quickly and efficiently, even managed to get delivery for the following day.
It is great to see that there are people out there who are willing to go that extra mile for their customers and making sure that they are happy and all promises are kept.
