I have to start off by saying... WOW, Mark is truly a great asset to your company. I logged a coverage query for my parents farm about 10 days ago, Mark contacted me and got all the details required. I received a phone call from him every day up until today when I informed him that my problem was sorted out. He was very friendly and really went the extra mile to try to assist me. I will be sure to tell everyone about this great service. In today's world it hard to find good service, but I definitely did find great service from Vodacom. Thank you Mark, you really made me feel that my problem did matter to you guys.
