I visited the Alberton shop as I work in the area. I inquired about a number of items for my pool. Unfortunately they didn't have stock of what I was looking for and was waiting for a delivery. The salesman asked me where I stay/work as they have a number of shops in JHB. I told them I stay out in Randburg and they contacted the shop there and they had stock! They really went out of their way to assist me and find what I was looking for.
I have now purchased a heat pump from them and was shocked and surprised when I saw the responses on hellopeter as I've only had good dealings regarding my heater and I haven't had a days problems with it! My kids are swimming everyday and I want to say thank you for all your assistance throughout the various stores I've dealt with over the past couple of months.
I know you can't keep ALL your customers happy... but trust me, I will deal with The Pool Team and only The Pool Team from now on! I will recommend you to all my friends and family.
