I came to look after my parents house. I soon realized that the phone was not working. I phoned them on a Saturday afternoon. On the Monday morning a received a sms to say it has been logs, 10 minutes after the person responsible for the repair phoned to say he was on his way. HE (Shepard) was friendly and very helpful. Within half an hour the telephone line was fixed. Thank you Telkom for the excellent service I received.
