Great service, knowledgable and follows through

I just wanted to thank Mpho (I think that is her name but sure youcan check the system) I called as my ipad had stopped connecting. She was friendly, efficient and knew exactly how to help. she talked me through what i needed to do and then told me she would call back in 10 min to check it was working. Exactly 10min later she called and when i explained it still hadnt connected she told me what next to do and it worked. I have never been able to call a telecom call centre and actually leave with my problem resolved. It was a great experience dealing with her. Please pass on my mesage and thank he
