My garage door stopped working after an electric storm, so I suspected the reciever circuit board was blown since all my remotes stopped responding. I called Hydrodoors (Digidoor) and they were very friendly, knowledgable and helpful and best of all had spares on hand.
After purchasing the replacement circuit board, I discovered that after re-programming the remotes, the old board still worked.
I called Brandon to return the board and I recieved a full refund.
I am also impressed at the modular design of Digidoor products that allows easy repairs if needed.
