It's been over a month since I complained on hellopeter for perhaps a little consideration for the absolutely USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER that I'm on. Till date I have received no response from MTN to make amends to the mess up that they have made with my contract.
I was given the incorrect contract and was told that there's nothing that can be done to change this. I don't know where else to go or what else to do, this is so unfair as I'm still forced to pay a huge sum for a contact that doesn't provide me with value for my money nor any service.
Can someone please assist with a fair cancellation with my contract as I have no interest in conducting business with a service provider that has no ethics or consideration for their clients.
