Misleading of contract

I was under the impression that I had a top up account, but currently I am paying for over charges. I have been to the store to get my account fixed and I have called 4 times after that to have my account fixed. Josh was the sales person that set up my account. Every time I call the other sales people tells me that Josh will call me back to help, but I never hear back from him. I am unhappy that I have to follow up on this issue every time and not getting any feedback from mnt representatives. I would like to have this resolved asap.
