CANCELLED ACCOUNT BILLED FOR

I cancelled my ADSL account with Afrihost well before the 30 day period, I emailed for conformation as I hadn't received any and was told that I would now have to pay for another month!!!

I cancelled all ADSL and hosting accounts and will NEVER go back.
