This is the SECOND time this has happened!!
Why, if I pay ridiculous amounts of money for terrible service does my phone get locked at the end of the month!? Now I can not make any bad quality phone calls for business purposes.
I have to wait 24 hours to get this fixed!!!
How do I do business with Vodacom!? Ridiculous... I'm moving my contract the next chance I get...
P.S I still have to pay my phone bill at the end of the month.
